Managed domains and mailboxes
Administrators can manage assigned domains, create permitted mailboxes, review mailbox limits, and keep each customer workspace separate.
Business email hosting
EmailDesk gives organizations in Bangladesh managed business domains, company mailboxes, familiar email access, and inbound protection in one customer workspace. Teams keep a professional address on their own domain while administrators retain a clear view of mailbox access, storage, and mail flow.

Administrators can manage assigned domains, create permitted mailboxes, review mailbox limits, and keep each customer workspace separate.
Users can work in EmailDesk webmail or connect compatible clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and supported mail apps on mobile devices.
Incoming mail is evaluated with authentication, reputation, content, link, attachment, and workspace feedback evidence before it reaches Inbox or Spam/Junk views.
Administrators can issue user access and review roles, storage usage, message location, and the operational state of incoming and outgoing mail.
How to begin
The trial is reviewed before activation so the EmailDesk team can guide the DNS, mailbox, access, and supported migration path for the organization.
Identify the custom domain, current mail provider, mailbox count, access needs, and available migration or export method before records are changed.
Add the ownership, MX, SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records required for the selected receiving and sending setup. Existing SPF policy should be merged carefully rather than duplicated.
Create the permitted mailboxes, issue user access, and connect webmail or a compatible desktop or mobile client.
Use the reviewed import path for supported source data, then check folders and recent messages before the old service is retired. Timing and preserved data depend on the source provider and export format.
Operational evidence
EmailDesk separates mailbox location, delivery evidence, authentication, and protection results so users can see what happened. It cannot control external DNS propagation, another provider's response, or guarantee inbox placement.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. The domain must be assigned to the EmailDesk workspace and complete the DNS checks required for receiving or sending. A domain already used elsewhere should be reviewed before records are changed.
EmailDesk supports standard secure IMAP and SMTP client access for active business mailboxes. Compatible choices include Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and supported mobile mail apps.
EmailDesk includes supported mailbox import paths, including reviewed Maildir ZIP workflows. The correct method depends on the current provider, mailbox size, and available export format.
DNS changes can take time to propagate, client behavior varies by version, and a migration may not preserve provider-specific labels, rules, or unsupported data. EmailDesk provides configuration and delivery evidence, but it does not guarantee inbox placement or control another provider's filtering.
