Published service identity
EmailDesk is the product and service name used on this website and inside the customer application. Public product information and guides are published at emaildesk.bd, while authenticated workspace access is provided at app.emaildesk.bd.
EmailDesk publishes its general contact email, phone and WhatsApp number, Facebook page, and office address at Kha 215, Arma Majeda Malik Tower, Level 4, Merul Badda (Hatirjheel Link Road), Gulshan, Dhaka 1212. A legal entity name, registration number, and customer count are not published because those details are not established in the public project record.
Configured products can include managed custom-domain mailboxes, webmail and compatible mail-client access, authenticated SMTP and API sending, WordPress integrations, a Laravel package, marketing campaigns, and a Windows desktop client.
EmailDesk also records DNS readiness, sender verification, queue and provider evidence, bounces, complaints, Spam/Junk decisions, quota usage, and relevant administrative history.
The public signup form submits a Trial request. It does not collect payment or activate a workspace automatically. The request is reviewed before onboarding continues.
Approved workspaces use role and permission controls. Product access can differ between business mailbox, API email sender, and marketing email workflows.
EmailDesk controls its configured application checks, workspace permissions, queue records, provider-handoff attempts, quota events, and stored evidence.
Customer DNS providers, sending gateways, internet services, recipient providers, and mail clients control other stages. EmailDesk does not claim guaranteed provider acceptance, final delivery, inbox placement, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every external system.
General inquiries can use info@emaildesk.bd, +8801782391434, WhatsApp, or the published Facebook page. Trial, authenticated customer-support, abuse, and incident paths remain separated by purpose.
The public policies explain service use, privacy, data processing, acceptable sending, abuse reporting, and marketing unsubscribe behavior.
