What to report

Report unwanted bulk mail, phishing, impersonation, malicious links or attachments, misleading sender identity, invalid unsubscribe behavior, or misuse of an EmailDesk-connected domain or sending path.

Include the complete original message headers, affected sender and recipient, message date, relevant domain, and a short explanation when available. A customer administrator can also include the workspace name and an EmailDesk message or queue identifier.

Protect sensitive information

Do not include passwords, API keys, SMTP credentials, mailbox app passwords, WHM tokens, payment details, or a complete mailbox export.

Provide only the affected message and evidence needed to understand the report. Redact unrelated personal or confidential content where doing so does not remove the relevant indicators.

How reports are reviewed

Authorized staff may inspect relevant headers, delivery events, sender and domain evidence, provider responses, policy decisions, complaints, suppressions, and scoped customer activity.

Available actions depend on the evidence and sending path. They can include warning, review, local blocking, sender or server pause, suppression for applicable marketing data, workspace suspension, or a request for source cleanup. This page does not promise a response time or a specific outcome.
